If you don’t like your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us, up to 14 days from receipt in its original form inclusive of tags, in line with the Distance Selling Regulations act.

Our returns policy and your rights

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

Your money will be returned within 7 days of cancellation. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms & Conditions of Return.

Package up your return securely, and include the returns advice slip within your package. Please note items must be returned in the same condition as they were received inclusive of tags, any signs of wear will result in your refund being voided.

We strongly advise you to return the item to us via Recorded Delivery, as AML Unique are not responsible for the loss of any items returned to us.

Your return will be processed and your refund or replacement will be arranged, within 14 days.

Please note, the costs of the return are at all times the customer’s responsibility, except in the event of an item being damaged, or an incorrect item being sent. In these circumstances, all return fees will be returned to you.

Please note, that we only refund the value of the items themselves and do not offer refunds on postage fees where applicable.

If your order qualified for free delivery, and your order is part returned for a refund where the value of the order then does not meet the free delivery threshold, the delivery charge of £3.95 will be deducted from the value of the refund.
